Best
Trip Ever!!!!

When
I saw it I could not believe my eyes it was that humongous. And it looked
like every single kid in there was having the time of his or her
life. Until it was time to leave. Then the little kids would throw
huge fits and the older kids would beg to stay or say something like,
“come on Mom let's just stay a little longer”.
When
we were driving here I saw a few rides that stood the tallest. They
looked like the most amazing, most exhilarating awesomest rides in
the world. But when we got inside I looked at the map and saw it was full of rides. All kinds of them. This was going to be the most
exciting day of my life and in that second I could have been entered
in the Guinness World Records for most excited kid in the world.
The
first ride I went on was the Harry Potter rollercoaster. It was my
first one ever. It went up, and up, and up, and finally, it went
straight down. This ride was fun so I thought the rides could only
get better and better, and so I went on another Harry Potter ride.
This
ride seated four and when you got in you were facing forward. It was
not like any other roller coaster. You had to take your shoes off if
you were not wearing sneakers because your feet were dangling even
though you were sitting down. The ride was fast and spooky, and there
were spiders and stuff like that try to scare you. They took your
picture right when a dragon was breathing fire in your face. When
they took my picture I was holding my breath because the ride was so
exhilarating. Wow! That ride was even better than the first.
After the
thrills of the previous rides we were really thirsty and as we walked
we saw a stand for Butter Beer. We stopped and got some. It was the
best drink I had ever had. Butter beer is like really good cream
soda. We also got the mugs so we could get free re-fills later.
It
was getting scorching hot outside. The ride was a water ride and it
had a really long line so my dad bought me ice cream. I ate it while
we waited in line. When it was our turn we got in a single file cart
that seated 4 people. First you went straight and it looked like you
were going to fall straight down, but you swerved left at the last
second. Then you entered a cave and got sprayed with water by
Universal studio characters. When you came out go went forward and
thought you were going to swerve again, but instead you went straight
down and dropped 84 feet going really fast until you slowed down and
stopped.
Since
that ride was extremely fun and the sun was beating down on us we
wanted to go on another water ride, so we choose Splash Mountain.
Even though it was an hour wait it was totally worth it. Splash
Mountain was the best ride so far by a lot, because in Splash
Mountain at the end you dropped a whole 75 feet.
After
that we went back to Harry Potter world to get a free re-fill on
Butter Beer. The second time it tasted even better than the first.
Then we walked around a little and played a few games. One of them was
a basketball shooting game. This game required you to make at least 1
out of 3 shots. If you made one you got a small stuffed animal, if you
made 2 out of 3 hoops you got a medium sized stuffed animal,
if
you got 3 out of 3 hoops you got to choose between a basketball that
had which ever N.B.A team you wanted or a colossal stuffed animal. I
got 1 out of 3 hoops and picked a stuffed elephant. The next
game I played was another basketball game. Unlike the last one this
one was really hard to win. Even though the hoop was closer to the
ground you had to make a little ball go into a little basket, and the
ball could not touch the backboard. I did not win this game, in fact I
did not even come close to winning. Even though I made it, the ball
bounced around the backboard for what seemed like hours and hours.
The next game I did not win either. The object of this game was to
bounce a ball off a board and into the bucket without hitting the
poles at the top and bottom of the board. There were huge prizes such
as a gigantic stuffed elephant,
but I could not win very many because the games were really hard.
Next
we went on the rocket ride. It went so fast and high and at the top
you spontaneously dropped and when that ride ended I was so tired
that when my family said it was time to leave. I was too tired to
argue.
My family’s trip to Universal Studios was, to this day,
the most fun I ever had.
